File System 4, Now Debugged
227 posts matching reiser4, lately regarding inclusion in the mainline linux kernel. in three years of development, it has more than doubled in size. my favorite file (link) bears some resemblance to its former self, and still has the jnode which associates file blocks with active transactions.
the first issue raised by the linux-kernel community was (of course) code style: let's keep to those 80-columns! hans reiser defiantly prefers 120-columns. just think: in a block of comments, that's 50% more!

actually, I believe, Hans prefers 120 columns.
